Almost 30 years at the top of the country
In perpetual warmth and clarity, breathing easy
Surrounded by a hundred loved ones who fire and seal my desire. 

Through dripping rain forest or reddened desert spikes and spurs
I wander and wonder with my cures, my music, my love.
I lift with the sound of song, the dust of stomping dancing feet
And the colour of ochre or paint on paper, rock and bark.

Coached by my constant and pervasive lover, my friend in life
To make something of every day and for everyone, a smile
I plan to die here and rest my old bones with yours.
